Robert Buschmann
After training as an electrician Robert studied electrical engineering at the universities of Bremen and Bielefeld. During that time he sold at photovoltaic systems with a franchise partner of Sun Technics. Upon successful completion of studies in 2004, he worked as a project engineer and later moved into product management of photovoltaic products at Schüco International KG.

In 2007 he graduated as a Master of Business Engineering (MBE) at the Steinbeis University in Berlin and in February of 2009, he was promoted to department manager of the product management and engineering of PV modules department.

In April 2009, together with Günter Franke, he became the joint owner of the Board of SoviSol GmbH and his main responsibilities are purchasing and quality assurance on the production sites.

Günter Franke
Was trained as a master electrician and as a technical manager in a company operating in Fürth. After the establishment of his own company in 1995, he specialized in the early stages of planning and installating photovoltaic systems. With his company he has, in the past, received several awards, including "Company of the Year 1998", "Best Practice" from the Federal Economics Ministry and the "Solid" award for the highest quality.

Günter Franke founded the SoviSol GmbH in 2008 with Bernhard Buschmann and has since been in the management of SoviSol GmbH.

He is here primarily responsible for sales and partner network.
